■ Accuracy

Accuracy guarantee of rotary disc surface (x6 test grinding discs with height difference): 2μ
Minimum unit of upper and lower axis feed accuracy: 1μ
■ Spindle and motor

The upper and lower axes are driven by AC servo motors
10HP V3 level spindle dynamic balance motor
The precision spindle adopts a straight type, ABEC Class 7 (P4) bearing, 0.003m/m TIR.
YRG-06 spindle bearings use four angled ball bearings at the front end and two angled ball bearings at the rear end.

Front, rear, and rotating discs

All axes are driven by AC servo motors.
The rotating disc moves at different speeds.

■ Bottom bed and sliding rail

Linear sliding rails are used for the upper and lower axes, paired with enlarged linear sliders.
Z-axis double V, attached with wear-resistant Turcite B, and hand shoveling.
The main castings are made of Mihanna high-grade cast iron, which has been annealed and quaternized without deformation.
